CANCELLATION POLICY

24-HOUR CANCELATION POLICY We do not want missed appointment fees to be an impediment to your care, and so we ask for your mutual respect. When you make an appointment, we block out our schedule for you and ask that you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar. As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please provide adequate notice (24 business hours) if you need to cancel or change an appointment. A fee will be charged for all late cancelations and no-shows. A fee of $150 or half of your service fee may be charged at the discretion of the staff of Radiant Esthetics & Wellness for late shows that need to be rescheduled. I further acknowledge that Radiant Esthetics & Wellness reserves the right to reschedule my appointment if I am more than 15 minutes late to my appointment. If you must cancel or do not show up for your appointment and have not done so prior to the 24-hour cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge the card on file $150. *After the second cancellation within the 24-hour cancellation period, we reserve the right to require payment up front for any future appointments.
